PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM RICART. THEY ARE SCAMS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN CONSUMER CARE. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in October 2024. 5 days later the check eng RICART. THEY ARE SCAMS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN CONSUMER CARE. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in October 2024. 5 days later the check engine light came on. I have took the vehicle back 4 times to repair and right now to this day the check engine light is still on without being repaired. Not to mention I had to pay $50.00 each time for a rental, so the vehicle still isn't fixed and I'm out of $200.00 for rentals along with $16,000 for the actual vehicle. Ricart has had my vehicle in service more than I have driven it and I can not find anyone to help. I have contacted EVERYONE. So sad!!!!!!!!!! More

After failing to get to a price I wanted for a 2025, I stopped by the Ricart Used Car Factory the next day to check out the same vehicle (just the 2023 model). I was greeted by Trey, who was friendly, easy going, and ready to look the vehicle up, and get me access to do a test run on the lot. I have to say, the weekend team is really fun to chat with, even if we may not all agree on football teams lol. It was a very relaxed atmosphere that made me feel super comfortable! Trey was awesome, and helped me out 4 days straight! He even stayed past closing the day I signed the line for purchasing. Trey even came back in on his day off (😣) to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Thank you, Trey! You’re amazing.. and don’t forget the crazy calculator my stepdad had!
