Oil change I took my car to Ricart for a routine oil change which I had no issue with. However, during the routine courtesy check they found that I had two licen I took my car to Ricart for a routine oil change which I had no issue with. However, during the routine courtesy check they found that I had two license plate lamps that had burnt out. Now to the good part, the service consultant came in and told me they were out and they had a few in the back which would could $36.00. Are you kidding me??? I went to Advance and picked up two lamps for a little over $5.00, and it took me less than two minutes to install both lamps. I’m just throwing this out there if you get a quote that doesn’t seem right check into it before you pay too much for a part that you can get for much less elsewhere. More

Ricart is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I just really like the Kia's. I have five family members who are are driving Kia's as well. Ricart,s customer service is excellent! I bought my car at ricart kia. Joined the VIP Service Club. It took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I bought the full synthetic package. This includes 6 oil changes and 6 deluxe car washes to be u Club. It took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I bought the full synthetic package. This includes 6 oil changes and 6 deluxe car washes to be used in two years. I got my car serviced in August of 2013. In October I noticed my car was acting sluggish. I went to my local Valvoline Oil Change shop. Ricarts Tech did not tighten my oil plug. I was leaking oil and starting to run low. I've tired to call them. I left a message for the manager of service. They are too big too care. You call and you get people who don't know how to solve any problems. On top of that with the VIP club your supposed to get discounts on parts. When you look at your bill they don't print the full price and your discounted price. Ricart doesn't care that I bought my car there and a service tech doesn't know how to tighten an oil plug. There is a Hugh disconnect between staff and management. More
asked service advisor to make sure the technician cleaned off oil after oil change, Bob assured me he personally would do this, I had to clean both fenders, hood, air cleaner assy, also I asked what parts do off oil after oil change, Bob assured me he personally would do this, I had to clean both fenders, hood, air cleaner assy, also I asked what parts do they use, Mr Stclair said factory parts, so I crawled under and seen NAPA oil filter, not happy, oil drips all over my garage floor, never leaked a drop before Ricarts worked on it, I will be sure to go to a authorized Jeep dealer next time, not a Kia dealer, shouldn't lie to your customers.
