I don’t think anyone in the service department knows how to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get an to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get answers to my questions. This was over 3 to 4 days no one return calls or communicated anything. Absolutely no care for your time or needs. Had a 8 am Tuesday appointment, dropped of on Monday night, at noon on Tuesday I begin to call to see what they found out, couldn’t get to through to anyone, no return calls. Went over there and they didn’t know, they hand to call the tech, they said it needed struts and wheel balance to fix the problem. She said he’d been working it all day off and on. She says she’ll call in the hour to give me full details on the findings. I get a text and email link that details the inspection results, the concerns I took it in for was $2000+ dollars! Then had $1500 in miscellaneous other things, like $250 for a serpentine belt, $300 for 4 spark plugs! 😳 no thanks just fix the struts and wheel balance. Well didn’t have the parts, had to order them and that took 4 days. Part of changing the struts you should make sure the strut mount is changed also, i starts to call 8 am on Friday to make sure that was done also, no communication at all, ask to speak to a supervisor took all day and 6 phone calls! Finally got through to one at 1 pm. Picked up the car at 1 minute to closing and guess what. IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE!!!! They claim to have test drove it after repairs and say the concern is fixed. Total lie, you have to drive over 15 speed bumps through their lot to get to Williams road and the first one I went over I could hear same clicking noise plain as day. The repair did not correct the problem. The incompetence this place has is truly unbelievable. NEVER, EVER, will I go back to this place! Had just as many problems with Ford side Also. This time it was Hyundai service. More

I brought my car here for an airbag recall and to fix the emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from thei emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from their Used Car Factory never had a problem. The Ford Service department was the only time I had problems, but they definitely took care of me and owned up to their mistakes. While it was a frustrating few days, it definitely could have been a lot worse and they definitely worked to make things easier. That was very much appreciated. More
Ricart is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Every time I take my car in for service I get it back with bigger problems. I had a 9am appointment for a simple tire rotation, for which I was put into the fast lane for quick service. I waited for awhile until finally asking how long it would take. I just don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment and also being put into a faster lane when it still took over an hour and fifteen minutes. They did waive the $10 charge but still was a hassle since I had my infant with me. More

No respect I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus ohio ford swap meet as i was pulling my camper with my 2012 ford f-350 7 mi from my campground the intercooler hose exploded and i was stuck on the side of Hwy 270 exit 7 i called ricart ford told them what i needed told them my problem they had the part. I told them that if they would bring it 5miles down the road to me i would pay them well for the trouble they told me that all delivery drivers were out and would not be back till 6pm and then ohio dot show up thank god. He tryed to get them to bring it they said they would not bring it so the ohio dot took me the 5 mi down the road and when i got there three delivery trucks were sitting there not doing anything but i got my part and went back to my truck fixed id in 5min all thanks to the nice man from ohio dot he got a $100 tip for his trouble Ricart parts service SUCKS DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR ANYTHING More

Ibe just got the denial on my case# CAS-16622046K9W6L4 that they said they were going to give me financial assistance because of Ricarts misleading lifetime powertrain warranty! This has swayed me to mever own another Ford! Ive convinced my family and all the welder friends of mine buying new trucks that Ford was the best and now ive been slapped in the Face! When a customer is put in a bind because of a dealers misleading sales/marketing pitch to step in and take care of them! I can literally show all ive owned for the last 20+ years IS FORD! Never again will this happen to ME! I had one frien that went with Dodge and his warranty had just ran out and his Turbo went out and they still fixed it for him! Thats where ill be going and where ill be SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW More
