I purchased my Ford F-150 there 10 years ago and they've been servicing my car as well as my wife's Ford ever since. And now they are servicing my sons new to him Cadillac. It's been a wonderful experience been servicing my car as well as my wife's Ford ever since. And now they are servicing my sons new to him Cadillac. It's been a wonderful experience so far dealing with the Ricart Dealership and the people here. Just like anything, there can be a hiccup or 2 but it's never been a situation that couldn't get resolved through communication. Otherwise it's truly been excellent. I've dealt with the same service adviser, Sean Williams, pretty much since day one. He has been truly excellent in his service to myself and my family. I feel that he and his staff have at many times gone above and beyond to provide 5 star service and its extremely appreciated. Looking forward to the next 10 years as a continued customer of Ricart Ford! More

Everything was good on the time we pulled in until we left. The only thing I never appreciated was how long it took for them to wait on us at the beginning, but other than that everything was great. left. Worst experience ever. Took car in for break problem. They got the light off the dash and didn’t fix breaks. Gentlemen that drove my car up when I went to pick up got out o Took car in for break problem. They got the light off the dash and didn’t fix breaks. Gentlemen that drove my car up when I went to pick up got out of the car and said something isn’t right he about hit another car while pulling it up and heard a noise and said what was that. Proceeds to tell me the breaks go to the floor and be careful, that was my complaint the breaks had light on dash meaning they needed attention. After about 10 minutes of me waiting for a response they proceed to give me my keys and tell me to drive carefully. Almost a grand to have fixed and am told to drive carefully. More

If it was possible to give 0 stars. That would be my rating. They have had car for almost three months. Required to take a rental w/ mileage limits and fill up w/ gas. Is it my fault it took them three months to fix my car. The rental department is rude, slow and bad representation of company. They have no problem taking your money when you buy the car. Take their sweet time helping you after and nickle and diming you after they sell you a lemon. More
