My wife and I had narrowed our next car down to 3 different cars, the Ford Fusion being one of them. We were in the area, so thought we would stop by and test drive one. Everyone made us feel comfortable that day, and there was no high pressure sales tactics used, which really puts me off. Craig went over everything about our new car, never had a salesman explain so much about a new car before I left the lot with it. He was very knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable.
