I have been a long time customer of Lori's (over 10 years). She has always been honest, dependable, courteous, & professional when I have had to have my Pontiac Grand Prix serviced at Dan Tobin Pontiac years). She has always been honest, dependable, courteous, & professional when I have had to have my Pontiac Grand Prix serviced at Dan Tobin Pontiac-GMC in Columbus. Lori should be commended for the services she helps to provide to her customers. I have never had a negative experience at Dan Tobin when working with Lori over the past 10 years. Whenever I have to have my car serviced whether for a problem or routine maintenence I prefer to work with her as I feel she helps to provide the best service for my vehicle and is honest when working with me. She does her best to explain to me when something needs attention/serviced on my vehicle and she answers my questions fully & honestly. I return to Dan Tobin because Lori is part of the service team at Dan Tobin! :) More
I was and have been very pleased with all the service I receive at Dan Tobin. Not only did they fix my car right the first time butnexplained everything to me so well. If that was not enough, Dan Tobin himself walked through the waiting lounge, meet and spoke to everyone there. Those are the little things that make your experience better. Before leaving service they went back over my bill explained it to me again. WOW is all I can to that. Since my first visit I have been back for regular service and each time I get treated the same way. When I am in the market the next time, I will be buying from dan Tobin!! More
I had purchased a 2006 Lucerne CSX from Dan Tobin and two weeks ago leaving work a lady hit me in the side of this beautiful car and the insurance company totaled it with only 17,000 miles on it. The next day my husband and I remember a very friendly voice from Dan Tobin Buick GMC had called us about two weeks prior to that informating us of the new 2011 Lucernes that he had in stock. Well of course we did not save the message as we did not need a car at that time. When my car was totaled I had the tow company take it to Tobin's as we have all our service done here. We informed the receptionist that a nice gentleman had called us about a new car two weeks prior to our car being totaled and we wanted to talk with that individual. She looked it up on the computer and his name was Mark Bowman. He was scheduled in right at the time we had entered the dealership. Needless to say we told him our story and he went to work for us. He knew how upset I was about loosing my car and also knew that I wanted something special just like the one I had. He suggested that I test drive the 2011 LaCrosse and I did. And now I am driving a brand new White Diamond 2011 LaCrosse CSX with everything on it. Today I am a happy woman thanks to Mark taking such good care of me. He found just the car he knew I would love and I do.....I have found a new friend in Mark Bowman and you can bet that the next car my husband buys (which will be in the next 2 years)it will be from Mark. What a dedicated employee. My hat is off to him!!!!! More
Very promp with inquiries and friendy. My wife picked out car and they let her take it home even though I had to come in later to fill out paper work. I was so impressed by the entire Dan Tobin dealership staff, that includes the owner,general m Dan Tobin. I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Lacrosse. I was so impressed by the entire Dan Tobin dealership staff, that includes the owner,general manager and everyone of the department heads. They all offered exemplary service and they took excellent care of all of my requests. They exceeded all of my expectations!!! Orin could not have been more helpful. He worked very hard to arrange a towing package for the Enclave. He brought the car to my home to be sure it met my needs. After the seminar was a question period where I learned much more about my new car. Entire crew is dedicated to serving their customers. Helpful, friendly, sincere - doesn't get any better than that. Dan Tobin's service department has exceeded my expectations 10x over. I have to admit that I am a customer service snob, and was very spoiled at my previous dealership in Virginia. I have been in Ohio for 5 years now and I am so happy that I finally found Dan Tobin's GMC store. The service department is clean, the staff is friendly, and my 10 year old Suburban runs like brand new! This dealership has earned my loyalty. More
I bought a GMC Acadia at Dan Tobin in December. My experience was wonderful. Dan Tobin's whole staff was warm and welcoming. I worked with Tate Cline. I equate shopping for a new car with having a tooth pulled; however, my experience with Tobin was extremely postive. No pressure, just genuine concern and helpfulness. The reason I bought a new car from Tobin was my experience with my last GMC car and, especially the service department at Tobin--absolutely first rate!!! Tom Cremer and Andy Gilbert could not have been more helpful and patient(with a 70+ customer). They treated me as a person, not a new car customer. That was very important to me. They understood my concerns and questions. There was never any pressure to buy, buy, buy, which I have encountered at other dealerships. The new car department personified all the qualities that I have experienced in the service department, especially with Lori Z: honesty, genuine concern for the customer, understanding of special needs, etc. The list goes on and on. If at all possible, I will never go to another dealership for my needs. Thank you, Dan Tobin!!!! More
