Our experiences with Andy and Brad have always been the BEST. They are detail oriented, timely in their responses and will do whatever it takes to work the best deal, deliver the car and always with a GREAT attitude. Lori Zugschwert is the primary reason why I have service work performed at this dealership. I have known her both in the capacity of Service Manager and Service Consultant. Lori is an amazing combination of knowledge and professionalism. Buying a car doesn’t take long, but servicing the car is an on-going process. I count on Lori to advise me and keep my car in excellent running condition. After every service call, Dan Tobin Buick GMC calls each customer to make sure that you are satisfied. I’m glad I now have this forum as well to say “thank you” to Lori for all that she does. More
They made this an easy process. No drama over price, they found the car I wanted. I wanted a few done immediately after the purchase, they gave me a loaner car. I came to Tobin because I have had my Olds serviced by them in the past and they were always great to deal with,I would recommend them for service and now for new car sales.I just bought a new Buick Lacro them in the past and they were always great to deal with,I would recommend them for service and now for new car sales.I just bought a new Buick Lacrosse and once again I can only say good things about my experience.My initial contact was with Derek Watts in sales and he was very helpful to get the ball rolling,He was upfront and honest as was Andy his sales manager.Today we purchased the vehicle and Dennis Sheehan helped us out and he was great.He explained every detail of the vehicle inside and out and had a great personality to go along with his knowledge,We have a van to look at switching out in the next couple of years and I cannot think of any other place I would go but Dan Tobin!!! I have never dealt with a salesperson or a financial manager who were more focused on meeting a customer's needs. I really felt like Mark met the goal of any salesman: to provide a product to the customer at a price that creates value for both parties in a courteous and professional manner. I have been using Dan Tobin to service my vehicle and for body work over 8 years. I trust the advice and work they do. It is very comforting to see some familiar faces that I have dealt with for many years body work over 8 years. I trust the advice and work they do. I am typically a "waiter" and appreciate the free wifi and coffee. Frequently I have used the shuttle to the mall when service was scheduled longer. Did I tell you how nice these people are? Each and every time I call or have an appointment I treated like a friend they are happy to see ! I can have an oil change a couple miles up the road, put nine times out of ten will go to Dan Tobin. I had an excellent experience today at Dan Tobin. It started two days when I called to schedule service on my new Acadia. Howard answered the phone and was immediately friendly and helpful. He carried that through when I came today to drop my car off. Everyone was friendly, and smiled at me. It's nice to know the folks there appreciate that I bring my business there. Checked this dealership on- line to see if they had a GMC Terrain in stock. Called dealership to verify and spoke with Derek Watts. He stated they had 4 in stock and that he would be working the next day w Terrain in stock. Called dealership to verify and spoke with Derek Watts. He stated they had 4 in stock and that he would be working the next day when my husband and i could go there and look. He was very knowledgeable about the Terrain and was friendly and not pushy. We went for a test drive and he explained all the options on the vehicle very well. Did not really intend to purchase anything that day, but feel we got a very good deal and drove home with a new 2011 GMC Terrain that we are extremely happy with ! I liked the fact that we only had to deal with Derek and the finance manager. No "over the top, bells and whistles" like some dealerships. We are very satisfied with this sales associate and this dealership. More
This was an excellent place to buy a new car. The selections were abundant and if I was looking for a used car, I would have found it at Dan Tobin. Tom spent a great deal of time with us after all the paperwork was signed to ensure we were aware of the many features of the 2011 Buick Regal Turbo.......which by the way is a fantastic automobile! This car will attract all age groups. He introduced us to many people who were equally polite and courteous and we had a sense that our business was indeed truly appreciated which can be a rarity in the world today. I also would like to add that at no time did we ever feel any pressure to buy and we wanted to check out a few more places before we sign and they did not lock the doors and stick a closer on us which I think everybody has experienced at some point during the buying process. We also were given a tour of the service area which was very impressive as is and it is my understanding that they will soon be expanding the facility. I have 2 Corvettes where I have previously taken to Chevrolet dealers but after my experiences with Dan Tobin, I will schedule my next service there. I trust this place during my visit and I have heard some very picky people with regard to their vehicles speak highly of the work performed there. Whether you are looking for a Ford, Honda, or Toyota do yourself a favor as I did and check this place out as well, you very well may find an equal or superior car at a very fair price. Ask for Tom Creamer....he is a nice person and a true gentleman. Top to bottom........overall it is an A+++. There is a cookout in April for their customers. Hey, spring is coming and it probably will be the first one of the season for us so we will be there! Customer appreciation activities such as this shows how they feel about their customers. More
I spent weeks on the internet and driving around dealerships before actually venturing into the showroom. I already knew what I wanted to buy, specific to the actual car on the lot. I approached the dealership by internet because I did not want to deal with some slick, high pressure salesperson. I have bought my last 4 cars from one salesman because I knew I could trust him and the service was excellent, but I didn't find a Ford that I wanted this time. The emails that I received in response to my inquiries were prompt and informative. They did not say "Come in to the showroom and we'll answer all your questions." My appointment was the same way - I received all the additional information I needed and they were most helpful about executing the sale. My salesman, in particular, was nice to me and my son and not pushy at all. So, the entire sales process went very well, but here's the real reason I will continue to be a customer of Dan Tobin. Every time I buy a car, the salesman sits with you for 3-5 minutes and tells you the basics, then sends you on your way. This dealership has a Saturday morning new car buyer seminar, and you hear from the GM, the Service and Parts Managers, the internet support, etc. I learned about service issues that have changed over the years and how to ensure that a new car is properly maintained. It was informative, fun and truly sets this dealership apart from everyone else. And, I love the new Terrain! I was very sad to trade in my BMW X3, but my 16 year old son is a big football player and there was not enough room around the pedals to accommodate his big feet. We selected the Terrain together and I have been very impressed with this car. Eventually I will buy him his own vehicle and I intended to buy this car to give to him, but I may want to keep it for myself! Maybe we will be a two-Terrain family. In summary, the dealer as a whole was excellent, and my salesman in particular was perfect for us. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! More
