I absolutely love this dealership. When I decided to purchase a new 2011 Buick LaCross CXS, I immediately picked up the phone, called Brad, and told him that I would be in for a test drive. He immediately paired me up with one of the newer sales guys (Derek Watts... Brad has since moved into the Financing department) and explained to him my taste in vehicles. After a quick test drive, they immediately located the exact vehicle to my specifications, and had it delivered to me within 2-days. The dealership has always been low pressure in my opinion, and very easy to work with. Even in the past, if they did not have a particular vehicle in stock, they would locate and deliver the vehicle to me within one or two days which is great! Derek is a true asset to the company and I can see him being around for years to come because of his low pressure demeanor and knowledge of the vehicles. It goes without saying that I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle. More

After receiving an offer, we only decided about 5pm that we would want to go ahead and purchase the car. Dennis Sheehan was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. The dealership closes at 8pm, but the team staid on until 10pm to accommodate our late arrival. While waiting for the financial paperwork to be completed, he went through every detail of the car which was very helpful indeed. He was very competetnt in answering questions and helping us along the way. More
I when to Dan Tobin to look at car (chevy cobalt 2007).The salesman come out to the lot.We started talking about the car.I asked him if the price was negotiable he said yes.I when inside to talk abo 2007).The salesman come out to the lot.We started talking about the car.I asked him if the price was negotiable he said yes.I when inside to talk about purchasing the car.I told him the price i wanted to pay.He came back an said you got if so what i asked.I also told him the car need tires on it.He said that they would replace them without a problem which they didn't at all.He also said the car was certified and if they where any problem they would take care of it.I was also told this by finance man and by used car manager.I asked for a carfax also but never received one until i when back up on saturday.When i when home an looked at car i saw there was water in headlight;therefore i when in a called them an told them about headlight.i when back up on saturday to complaint about headlight the manager said that they would replace the headlight at no cost to me.I made a appointment to get headlight replace.When i when back on tuesday to get the replaced they service advisor said it was not a certified car.The used car saleman manager was told the price of headlight he said i am going to eat the whole cost because the headlight was over 200.00.I let them put in the headlight which took 1 day to do.when i got my car back from them notice that they had driven my car 10 to 25 miles to replace the headlight.I dont understand why they drove the car that far since their was nothing wrong with it just a headlight.They wasted 1/8 of gas.I will never go back to this dealer again.They say 100 percent satisfaction for customer that's total crap. More
Mark Bowman is a great salesman! He has a friendly, easy going manner and is very polite. If he needs to excuse himself from his desk, he'll tell you where he is going, how long he'll be and why he is goin going manner and is very polite. My past experience with car salesmen have not always been the best. They usually breeze through everything, don't really get it if you don't understand something or generally have a "one approach kind of speech" - whether it works or not. Mark Bowman is the real deal - honest, straight forward and in tune with his customers. I plan to pass his business cards around to my friends! More

For the routine maintenance Lori or Howard will explain what's being done and why. They keep me on track with the checkups and have helped me extend the life of my cars. They go out of their way to make things convenient for me. They know me and never make me feel like I've asked a stupid question. I'm impressed with all the knowledge they have and and their professional manner; I plan to continue to bring my cars to them for many years. More
Dan Tobin is where I purchased my car, have had all my services performed, and had repaired my vehicle twice now when my car was hit by other drivers. The first time my car was hit in a hit-and-run and they were extremely helpful in working through the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. The second time my car was struck the damages were paid for in cash and Dan Tobin gave me the best estimate of the shops I vistited and stuck to that estimate. Their staff has always been friendly and accomidating, I've never had a poor experience in dealing with them. More
The Body Shop at Dan Tobin was wonderful! When my Buick Enclave needed repairs - the Body Shop did a great job. So when a problem came up with my HONDA CRV, I returned to the Dan Tobin Body Shop and once a Enclave needed repairs - the Body Shop did a great job. So when a problem came up with my HONDA CRV, I returned to the Dan Tobin Body Shop and once again Duane was very helpful and saved me both time and money. Highly recommend Duane Grohoske for his professionalism as the Body Shop Manager at the Dan Tobin Body Shop on Billingsley Road in Columbus Ohio. More

I decided to purchased my new car at Dan Tobin Buick GMC because of the bad Service experience that I had at Chesrown Buick GMC. When I arrived at Dan Tobin Buick GMC, salesperson Mark Bowan approached me and wife immediately and asked could he help us. I informed him that we were looking for a car for my wife. What impressed me the most was he listen to what my wife was saying, he let my wife test drive 2 cars before she decide on which one we would purchased. There was no rush in his sales approach to us, we took over 3 hours on deciding which car we would purchased. Mark Bowan was very patient and I hope the Service Department at Dan Tobin Bucik will be just as good as Mark Bowman the salesperson. More
