Poor customer service I purchased a GMC Terrain 1 year ago and the Bluetooth hasn't worked properly. I've taken it to their service Dept 3 times for them to fix it and ever I purchased a GMC Terrain 1 year ago and the Bluetooth hasn't worked properly. I've taken it to their service Dept 3 times for them to fix it and every time they tell me it's fixed and it's NOT!! My vehicle is still under warranty but they tell me there is nothing else they can do. I have no other choice but to take it to another dealership. I will NEVER refer or deal with this dealership again!! The salesman was great, they reel you in and once you sign on the dotted line and have to use the service department it's down hill from there... More

Last week we took it in for service because all my dash lights weren't working kept flashing different messages. We didn't hear anything from service dept. Tuesaday at all Wednesday kept calling finally got a hold of someone they hadn't had time to look at it yet .later in the day day started checking it couldn't find the problem Friday they called said it took them 6 hrs. To diagnosis it was memory seat control modular and driver seat something. They told my husband would take 4-5 days to get part been without my car for a week already will cost $1105.98 plus tax not under warranty or anything or loaner cars . I don't know how they expect somebody to be without a car that long but the worse part is there customer service . More
tried to buy a 2015 corvette.. they also sell Chevrolets I would NEVER recommend this dealership to buy a car or anything else. I went with cash in hand to buy a new corvette and was met with total indiffer I would NEVER recommend this dealership to buy a car or anything else. I went with cash in hand to buy a new corvette and was met with total indifference and absolutely NO customer service. No matter what I suggested, looking elsewhere (going on the GM website) or ordering what I wanted I was met with indifference. I feel very badly for the salesman who wanted to help me but didn't know all the answers and asked his sales manager for help....BIG MISTAKE!! He was the worst! When I say I want a blue corvette convertible, don’t suggest I take the red one, or tell me to take the T-Top when I specifically told you I want convertible. I am still not sure if being a woman had something to do with it, but... guess what, this wasn't my first rodeo and I knew exactly what I wanted and I would think that when a cash paying customer comes in with the knowledge that I have and you don’t have to educate someone, this is the perfect customer. When home, I went on the GM website and did a search (oh, yes anyone can do this) and found exactly what I wanted in Detroit..... Now, I’m originally from Michigan. Detroit is just “up the street”. By the way, I failed to mention earlier that when I came to your dealership, I was not only looking to pay cash for the corvette, I was willing to pay cash for the SECOND vehicle I was looking for which was a high end sedan vehicle as I am a new Grandmother and need a car for transporting my granddaughter safely. I also purchased a Buick for my “other car” from the same wonderful dealer in Detroit. TWO cars, which I came to you first. To sum this up, my intelligence was insulted, my request to acquire the blue/convertible corvette was met with almost....disdain. When I offered to give the manager my credit card to secure a down payment on my initial visit, he responded, “nobody pays for a car with a credit card”. Well, duh. I wasn’t going to buy the car with a credit card. I was merely expressing that my intention was to have your dealership get me the car I want and pay a down payment to secure your services. Again, a no brainer. I would have come with certified check in hand for balance. I hope this helps you to understand that sometimes, management needs to observe and revisit who is handling your affairs on the ground level. I for one, bought two vehicles from the dealership that was able to accommodate me by bending over backwards to supply both vehicles I was looking for. Enough said. More

Great Buying Experience I came into the dealership in September 2014 to have my 2010 Lacrosse serviced. While waiting I walked around the lot and saw the 2012 Enclave. To m I came into the dealership in September 2014 to have my 2010 Lacrosse serviced. While waiting I walked around the lot and saw the 2012 Enclave. To my surprise there were 2 that I liked. The salesman Paul Thompson was very attentive and helpful. I took booth vehicles out for a test drive with no intention of making a purchase. To my surprise but not really I fell in love with the Enclave and ended up leaving the dealership with it. The process went so smoothly. Kudos to Paul Thompson. I would truly recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
