No Tire Rotation/Maintenance Came in on a Friday at 4:30 for basic oil change, tire rotation and maintenance for a 2018 Acadia. Paid $66 for oil change and tire rotation/maintenan Came in on a Friday at 4:30 for basic oil change, tire rotation and maintenance for a 2018 Acadia. Paid $66 for oil change and tire rotation/maintenance. Took over one hour, left and realized the tires were NOT rotated, and NOT filled to proper PSI. Immediately called...no answer. Left a message. No one there when I returned around 5:45. No one called me back on Saturday morning so I had to call again. Went back in, took over one hour again to do something I already waited one hour the night before. Very disappointed in Dan Tobin. Saturday morning, men at the desk argued about who would have to rotate the tires and provide proper maintenance...in front of me! Why schedule an appointment on Friday at 4:30 if no one wants to do their job then???? Terribly frustrating situation and insulting to my intelligence as a woman. I can read a tire gauge and know how to access the computer in the car. Shame on your service department. I don’t know the names of the people I dealt with, except for the fact the men at the counter said “if Devan didn’t do it Friday night, then he’s doing it today”. I would not even give you one star above, but this won’t let me submit without at least one star. That’s not very representative of this situation! More

Sealant applied This was my first visit and it was to have the sealant applied inside and outside, so not much interaction with the personnel. How not to treat customers My service visit was on par with some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get an estima My service visit was on par with some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get an estimate for some body work. After leave multi voicemails that day for the service tech Marty, none were returned and I had to go an entire day without my vehicle. Upon calling in the next morning, I was greeted by not one, but two rude techs. I was told that my car was ready and had been yesterday. Upon questioning the tech as to why a voicemail was not left, he just rudely said it was and then hung up. No mention of the body quote or even a soft transfer to the body shop to continue service while my vehicle was there. We purchased this vehicle from Dan Tobin, but will no be returning in the future for service or purchasing new vehicles. More
