My issue was addressed quickly and fixed correctly. I did not have to wait at the dealership while the repairs were done. I was provided transportation to get to a previously planned meeting. My salesman handled all the paperwork and details associated with the repair. I didn't even have to talk to a service advisor. More
Frustrated I have had my wife's GMC Terrain in and out of the service for a warranty problem since the beginning of the year. I think it was early July we got it I have had my wife's GMC Terrain in and out of the service for a warranty problem since the beginning of the year. I think it was early July we got it back last time, and we had a noise coming from the engine area. Called Glenn because I wondered if the serpentine belt had been replaced and he said it hadn't. I got some belt dressing and applied, because the belt looked good. It didn't work. We took it to get the oil changed the end of July at the Valvoline shop in Pickerington and I had asked them to see if the belt needed replaced, and they said it didn't. We took it in to our mechanics we have used over the years (Precise Automotive in Lancaster). The owner called me to tell me the noise was coming from the timing chain area. So I called Glenn back to let him know and get it in to be checked. Todd who I believe is a service writer, told me the problem was it being low on oil and that the noise went away. I had them go ahead and do an oil change and my wife picked it up yesterday. When she pulled in the driveway, I could hear the noise from in the house. Not fixed. Our goal was to trade for a new vehicle next month, but now I'm going to get not much for my trade, because of this engine noise. FRUSTATED! More

I went in for an oil change they had a recall on the car. They said that it would take 6 to 8 hours to repair. I set up appointment to get to recall fixed they gave me a loaner car they call within two hours They said that it would take 6 to 8 hours to repair. I received NO apologies for the long wait and the service department couldn't have cared less about the serious inconvenience I had to withstand just to get an answer to "what is wrong" with the heater. Only cost $105 to tell me what was wrong then another $800 to do a repair!!!! Good bye Dan Tobin, forever!!! I went elsewhere for the repair. More
