My 2018 Terrain I have had to bring my new terrain, that had less than 100 miles on it when I purchased it in June, in for service 3 times in as many months. I’ve had my oil changed here several times and here again this visit could not have been any slower. 90 min for an oil change w tire rotation? i added an engine air filter which was supposed to take just “5 min” and it took another 40. Great service just don’t be in a hurry. More

good sales force finance needs work I purchased a Buick SUB from this dealership. Love the SUV. the Sales man was great the deal was wonderful. the only issue was with the finance dep I purchased a Buick SUB from this dealership. They forgot to send in the lease pull ahead payment waiver so instead of GM Financial forgiving my last payments I was charged for them . I had ot make several trips to the dealer as well as several calls ( which no one returned) to get it worked out. More

Excellent! I had a flat tire the night before, and the Dan Tobin team (I worked with Marty) got my car fixed the very next day!
