We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mech down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon! More

made appointment 8:30 am Wed , truck was not looked at till Fri afternoon, update installed on SYNC system and was told all working but if I had problems to call she would order APIM and I could schedule till Fri afternoon, update installed on SYNC system and was told all working but if I had problems to call she would order APIM and I could schedule another appointment. I pulled out of parking lot and at red light tried the functions that were not working when I brought it in. Not a single item worked. My truck sat at Riata for 3 days for nothing and as I use it for work was a real inconvenience for me. So I Will Not Be Coming Back. After 22 years of buying vehicles and having them repaired at Lief Johnson I will be looking for a new dealership. This is the second time I have had a problem with service department. More
