I’ve bought the last 4 of my five Ford F150XLT’s (the 2012 at Russell Smith Ford in Houston) the 2014, 2016, 2018 and my current 2020 model, at Riata. As for Austin dealerships—trust me, I’ve been to all of them, and you don’t want to know the details of how not all of them are customer friendly, and a couple of them were downright unethical and even sleazy business-wise. Wish I were making that up! I’m on a friendly first name basis with my Riata service department rep, Chris, and the same goes for your top tier mechanics, Billy and Oscar. I’m always confident my FX4 is in very capable hands with them working on it. I’m clear that their mechanical/technological knowledge base is comprehensive. You can’t beat that kind of customer care. Riata Ford Manor still gets 2 thumbs up from me. I don’t see that wavering. Y’all are a Cut Above. And as for my 2020 F150XLT FX4, my love affair with these beautifully designed, wickedly engineered machines is still ongoing. I still call them starships, and I’m forever convinced Ford is utilizing reverse-engineered alien technology inside of them. It’s just a matter of time till I locate the hidden controls for the antigravity propulsion system. More

Experience was the worst ever. Service guys have the worst customer service, took forever to answer call/email. Tried charging me for a rental when they screwed up with my car. No courtesy at all.
