Oscar got involved when I started to tell them I would not purchase a vehicle without it and he did whatever it takes and did not know of the problem and apologize profusely and said it would’ve been no problem to get tires for us and he made sure that everything we needed was taken care of without a problem Oscar, the sales manager is the reason why I give five stars. The service department was very good as well on the tires and ceramic coating. We will be back, but we will definitely not use Edgar again. After returning to the dealership a couple of times, he was very offstandish and would not hardly speak. Totally unprofessional. More

I did most of the work on finding the car I wanted and it was at Riata. The purchase process was pretty easy except I got home to find out the sound in the car didn’t work. Two trips - two times off from w was at Riata. The purchase process was pretty easy except I got home to find out the sound in the car didn’t work. Two trips - two times off from work and they couldn’t figure it out. Lots of attitude from JD Brooks - probably doesn’t belong in the service industry. I’m back at Truck City where I purchased my previous Ford. Skip Riata and try out Truck City (both owned by Leif Johnson). More
Nicole was awesome and very helpful. My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues. I am mobility impaired and my vehicle was delivered right to the door My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues.
