The dealership was fine with the standard service issues. However, there was a speciality service I requested & they were unable to perform. They claimed it was an issue unique with the Hybrid F-150. All that being said, you would think Ford corporate could assist them with the unique technical/electrical issue. The dealer indicated Ford corporate has no such dealer assistance network (which is ignorant of Ford if actually the case). I tried to directly contact Ford myself, to no avail. As such, it sounds like Ford corporate needs to step-up to offer better technical assistance to their dealer service departments on unique/new issues that arise with their vehicles.. The search to get my issue resolved will continue with non-Ford entities I guess. Thx. Mark- More

They were here on time. Fixed two small recall items & changed my oil right on the curb by my house in less than thirty minutes. The guys were friendly & courteous. They charge for leak repair and I got and it was still leaking even after they supposedly test every line.
