The ordeal of purchasing a vehicle has always seemed so overwhelming. Robert was charming and personable and took a real interest in our needs as a family and made the process so easy. Ryan secured vehicles from sister dealerships that we wanted to test drive. He was also a wizard with securing us financing at a rate lower than expected which allowed us to size up a vehicle. Amanda guided us through the paperwork process and it was easy breezy. All three were very intuitive to our needs. I highly recommend purchasing from Riata. You should definitely request Ryan and Robert when you go. More

Great people easy to work with. Even with my horrible credit. Everything from looking to purchasing was smooth. Michael Jackson is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership, and I’ve bough credit. Everything from looking to purchasing was smooth. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Riata Ford or any dealership affiliated with them. This is after purchasing 3 F150s ( 16 King Ranch, 18 Limited, and most recently a 21 Limited) all from the s or any dealership affiliated with them. This is after purchasing 3 F150s ( 16 King Ranch, 18 Limited, and most recently a 21 Limited) all from the same salesperson ( AJ) over the last 5 to 6 years. When we were getting close to doing the deal, I reached out to him, letting him know I had gotten some light hail damage on my truck from the storms that came through in mid-April in Pflugerville. I told him I wasn't sure about my deal now because I knew I would likely take a hit on the (45k) offer they had made from when I had taken it in earlier. He said to bring it in so we can take a look. I did. He ended up saying they would still honor the original amount quoted ( 45k), which I was pleased to hear. He made it sound like it was a big deal, but he would take the hit on it. This was good news to me. Well, one of the main things I brought up multiple times during the process was my desire to keep the payment as close to my current payment on my 18 Limited (my trade-in) of $558/month. He was able to get the financing rate lower from what was quoted originally, but still, the payment was hovering over $600/month. The only way to bring it down below was to put down some money. I did do that when I finalized the paperwork and signed, with the payment being $593 a month. I wasn't thrilled about having to put $2500 down, but I left with my new truck pleased because I thought I had gotten the best deal possible. Boy, was I sadly mistaken. You see, when I checked on the dealers' website for my old truck, just curious, at what pricing they had listed it at, I was shocked to see it was listed at 62k!!! This really disappointed me, to put it mildly, because the whole time, the dealer could have come up on the trade-in enough so that I wouldn't have had to put ANY money down. That would have been the right thing to do from my salesperson who said he "would take care of me," a loyal customer to Riata, but instead, there was nothing said; I did the deal, and that was it. I reached out to him after I saw the truck listed, asking about it and clearly showing I was not pleased. He said they could sell me my trade-in back if I wanted. Like I said to him, what will I do with two trucks. That wasn't the solution. Ideally, the dealer should have torn up the deal, redid it showing the trade-in higher, and refunded me my $2500. That would have made things right and kept my loyalty as a customer. None of that was offered. Well, as I stated in my opening sentence, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from your dealership again! I have already told 1 person I work with asking which dealership I purchased to go somewhere else. More
