Went to this location for an oil change and inspection. Was met by service attendant (Lance) who made me feel stupid for asking them to take a look at my brakes during inspection. Got a call while they were doing the oil change to tell me to “stop driving the car” because the breaks were bad, and when I asked if they were for real, Lance said, “oh, no, you have like 1,000-2,000 more miles on these breaks.” I don’t appreciate sarcasm, drama, and rudeness in my car service experiences. Lance needs some communication coaching, and customer service lessons. More
