Just bought a late model used car here and they couldn’t have done things any better for me . From start to finish I felt comfortable and any questions I had were answered with ease. Went to this location for an oil change and inspection. Was met by service attendant (Lance) who made me feel stupid for asking them to take a look at my brakes during inspection. Got a call while they wer Was met by service attendant (Lance) who made me feel stupid for asking them to take a look at my brakes during inspection. Got a call while they were doing the oil change to tell me to “stop driving the car” because the breaks were bad, and when I asked if they were for real, Lance said, “oh, no, you have like 1,000-2,000 more miles on these breaks.” I don’t appreciate sarcasm, drama, and rudeness in my car service experiences. Lance needs some communication coaching, and customer service lessons. More
