Sandy Spencer is a great asset to the dealership, and a real pleasure to deal with. The total Reynolds experience is one that everyone should have at least once. I am also very grateful to Keith for squeezing in a repair on the Legacy on Monday without an appointment. This type of pro-customer attitude is one reason that we decided to continue doing business with Reynolds. A big thank you and well done to the entire team. Sandy and Nora kept in touch and were always eager to help or answer questions. The dealership is low key and no pressure and ironically very busy! I am glad I stopped in! Great Experience! I had a great car buying experience with Nora from Reynolds. I told her what I wanted and she got it for me. Doing regular service is not a hassle with their free loaner service. I drop it off in the morning on my way into work and pick it up at the end of the day. Great people in there dealership. I have been there 3 times. Once to buy the car and 2 service drop offs and they great me by name. This is the complete opposite experience I has at my previous car dealership. If you want a Subaru, this is the place to get it. More

Best Regards, Joe Barlow Then when he does not get a credit card asked for by email (not telephone) while I was arranging insurance etc. he sells the car to someone else - you guessed it - for more money! I said I would call it in at 5:00pm - I called from work at 2:45pm after reading an email from the dealer at 2:30 - and was told he sold the car to someone else! Prior to that call I spent 5 minutes on hold responding to an email from the sales manager - who was not available. Talking to the sales manager after the fact, 10 minutes later, was useless, talking to the owner was also unfruitful - Hayden Reynolds, who stated his family owned the dealership for 150 years! I guess his parents & grandparents were far more trustworthy people. I asked him how many cars he sells multiple times to get the best price, but he did not respond. Duh. Online to write this I noticed this place already has the lowest rating of a 3.0 - compared to where I am going now that has a 4.9 rating! So this system works! Congrats!! More
I purchased a used vehicle and was completely ripped off. The vehicle had mechanical problems which they knew about and did not disclose. Two months after I bought the car it died. When I went back to get it looked at, they charged me to tell me the engine was fried. I lost 5000.00 dollars on a 6500.00 transaction. I had the worst experience of my life with them and would never recommend them for service or sales. More

Once we thought we had it built there were still some questions about it so we needed to ask a professional. From the second we met Sandy she was so friendly and helpful. She payed attention to what my wife wanted and made sure she got the perfect car. Even though they didn't have it in stock they brought it in from a larger dealership. It is so refreshing having a dealership that cares about their Family name and reputation so they treat you with care. I definatley recommend you to go there for sales or service. More
I have never had a bad experience with this dealer. I really enjoy how the dealer is on the small side and they treat you really as a Reynold's Garage family member. I was concerned about my car not having an alarm armed while the car sat at the dealer and they pulled the car into the garage for the night, when my timing belt service took more time than expected due to some unforseen problems, I was not charged for the rental car for those other two days and I was given prompt calls to keep my updated with the status of my car. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, from the service, sales, secretaries and on. I highly highly recommend this dealer for your Subaru needs. More
