Thank you for your review. We are always striving to give our customers an enjoyable, effortless and straight forward experience. I apologize you feel your experience wasn't such. We had requested in several emails to you that we required a deposit. Our vehicles are always available for sale until they are secured with a deposit. Unfortunately, in this instance another sales person had taken a deposit for the same vehicle you were interested in.

Hey, there's this new fangled gadget some dealers use - it's called a computer! One sales person checks a box so the sales person sitting next to him knows it's awaiting the deposit within the hour! Imagine! Of course, if buyer #2 offers more money, then I guess it's harder to explain how you blew the first buyer off!
