The car was everything that I wanted and a price that couldn't be beat (seriously). Within an hour, after test driving the car, we were signing papers. After selecting the vehicle (Saturn ) I wanted to purchase the paperwork and process of arranging financing went smoothly . Paul Arriola the Finance Manger went over all details of our contract and explain any questions we had concerning extended warranty coverage. The total process took about two hours and was handle in a totally relaxed and professional manner. I first saw the very low priced car online and called to find out more information on the car. I then drove 5 hours to Reynolds Buick the next day to hopefully purchase the car i saw. Kennedy called me assuring me he will hold the car until i get there. The car was in perfect condition especially for being used and the paperwork section of the deal went very smoothly. For these reasons I gave all 5 stars. More

I had a great experience with Rudy. He was always prompt and courteous in his correspondence, and he stayed late at the dealership for me while I was stuck in traffic. Once I got there, I was test-driving the car in about 2 minutes. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour (granted I came in with my down payment and financing ready to go). It would have been sooner but there was another customer with the finance guy in front of me. When I bought my last car at another dealership, I came in with a cashier's check for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the car and it still took them five hours to get me out of there, so Rudy's expediency is much appreciated. I also appreciate that Rudy didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I came in to look at a specific vehicle in my price range and that's what I drove away with. Fantastic price, too. My new (to me) 2010 Charger 3.5L/SXT had the lowest miles and was several thousand dollars cheaper than ANY 2009 and older Charger (even the base SE model) at ANY dealership. I looked in Cerritos, Long Beach, and Santa Monica and no one came close. Thanks! I know where I'll come to first next time I need a car. More
