The next time I tried to get service I spent the entire day trying to get to talk to someone in the service department. All I could get was voice mail and no return to my message. I took my car in a 7:00 the following morning and was told to make an appointment and come back in a week. I guess the only way to make an appointment is to make a trip in person. No Customer Service I showed up and walked in the door. Not one person even looked up from their computers to acknowledge me standing right in front of them needing help. I showed up and walked in the door. Not one person even looked up from their computers to acknowledge me standing right in front of them needing help. Every time I called the guy I was directly working with it went to voicemail. I got a ride to Ford because my car was being worked on and was told it would be ready at a certain time. They told me it was no charge so I asked for them to check if it was even fixed; it wasn't. So, they were just going to send me off as it was because no one knew what was going on. I later found out I had no ride back home and they did not even have the part in yet. I finally got a ride and then they started to tell me when it would be ready, too late I would be back tomorrow. I would have appreciated a call telling me it was not ready at least. More
