19' Silverado purchase and traded in silverado I stopped in to see the 19' silverado's and get an estimated value for my trade-in. Luckily for me, Ken Lance came out to help me view their inventor I stopped in to see the 19' silverado's and get an estimated value for my trade-in. Since they valued my trade at a fair value, they are a local dealer and the professionalism of Ken I decided to seriously consider purchasing a new truck. It took a little back and forth negotiation over a week but we came to trade difference I was comfortable with. I did have some interaction with Ken's mgr. Stan, and he was helpful and friendly thru the process. For me it was the type of buying experience I enjoyed thanks to Ken's knowledge, comfortable amount of sales pressure and negotiation process, instead of working with an inexperienced order taker.
