I flew into Newark Airport where Will picked me up and when we got to the dealership, Will showed me the vehicle and walked me through all of its intricacies. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle specifics and how everything works. I met with Samantha who is everything she was on the phone and more, and was introduced to Amanda Cruz, finance manager, who did all of the paperwork. Amanda is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. Everyone at the dealership was more than friendly and made a big deal over my arrival... I met with the owner and his son and both welcomed and treated me like family. When I buy another VW, I will absolutely go to Reydel VW, 1200 miles away from my home, because their dealership not only had the car I wanted when others didn't, but they made the experience a pleasure...
