Reckless driving Head Manager Broke our CAR The worst experience EVER!!!!. The salespersons were short of staff; we were waiting 30mins for someone to come to ask us. Got our car for test drive, drove really fast and rough through potholes like didnt care and cause two bubbles on the tire cause of his driving skills. We even confronted and the dude ignored like I wanted we there is no camera and no evidence of the pothole like to his driveaway..Please Volksawagen Staff DO NOT LET your HEAD MANAGER drive cars... he's reckless when he's driving... I wouldn't consider the place if you want to trade your car. The guy would drive your car and break it at your expense....GOOD LUCK REYDEL!!!!! More

The Sales group is great, The last lease I had to wait until the release of the new model which was delayed and they worked very hard to find the car I wanted and have VW corp work with me. The recent experience was perfect, The manager and sales person were fantastic. They were friendly, went out of their way for me.
