When we checked out the new VW car model in the showroom, they really tried their best working out the best and lowest price for the car we like, and provide us as much information as we need. In the end, we really just be moved by their sincerity, great customer service, and the great price. What's more, when we moved to the paper-work, Sunny gave us more better promotions on other add-on services/packages. I've bought many, never this chill I've bought many cars and I'm into cars since forever, so I've had my plentiful share of dealership experiences. Never have I ever agreed on a (very low) sales price for a vehicle over the phone, not requested for it to be emailed to me in writing, shown up at the dealership and still be given the agreed price without second thought, hassle, or pretense that the price was never agreed upon. Both Mo and Sunny made it smooth as cream cheese. These dudes know what's up. Let's just say I left driving a brand new Passat off their lot after 3 dealerships haggled and haggled with me for hours and out of frustration I decided to call up Reydel in the vicinity and see what they can do. Pay these guys a visit, or just give them a ring - don't waste their time though, salesmen like these should be making sales, not babysitting an unprepared buyer. Do your homework, come in with a price you have in mind, get it where you want it, and you'll leave a sastisfied buyer, quickly, efficiently, and happily. Oh and they gave a nice tour of their facilities and tossed in a few complimentary goodies! 5/5 stars in my book. More
