Salesman was a nice gentleman but the process and the lack of communication on a few things were not what I expected. They would not give deal on the list price only what they would give for trade and pa lack of communication on a few things were not what I expected. We were coming up from Austin to purchase a vehicle and were told over text by Victor that they would beat my CarMax offer for my trade by $1000. I had a digital offer but he wanted it on paper. His manage were told over text by Victor that they would beat my CarMax offer for my trade by $1000. I had a digital offer but he wanted it on paper. His manager Will called me this morning and told me not to bother getting the certificate just to get in the car and he'd honor it. About an hour from the dealer I asked for a buyer's order for financing purposes and the trade was listed the same as CarMax, he tried to tell me the other $1000 was going to come from the tax savings I'd get by making the trade. I can trade in my car just as easily at CarMax, they just don't have a car configured the way I want right now. But that was 4+ hours of my life and gas I'm never getting back. Thanks for wasting my time, will be filing a formal consumer complaint for bait and switch the the attorney general's office. Screenshots on Yelp. More
