Apparently this dealership is a scam business. We purchased a vehicle in October and are still waiting for our registration papers and tags. I need to share my horrible experience with the terrible place (RESERVE AUTO GROUP) (DO NOT TRUST THIER FAKE REVIEWS) I bought a BMW from this dealership last June 14th. I purchased a warranty after the fi place (RESERVE AUTO GROUP) (DO NOT TRUST THIER FAKE REVIEWS) I bought a BMW from this dealership last June 14th. I purchased a warranty after the financial manager Michael Duncan forced me to do so. He said that I could cancel at any time. I sent an email the next day June 15th asking him to cancel the warranty policy. He didn't respond. I have proof of the email I sent. I went back to them they told me they would send me a form to fill out. I did it the same day he sent it, and I have proof. He emailed me back saying received and I will submit it ASAP. He mentions that will take 4-6 weeks to receive your money back. I waited 8 weeks and called back and emailed with no response. I called the warranty company asking about my policy cancellation They told me the dealership didn't submit the cancelation. I called and emailed with no response from the new manager Jason or the new financial manager Shayla at all. I texted the owner Davis Speight on his phone and explained everything he didn't respond as well. I have been more than three months trying to fix my issue with this Dealership but nothing has been done. I am filing a complaint against you and your dealership with the Better Business Bureau along with reaching out to my lawyer to file a lawsuit against your business. My advice to anyone who sees this review is Don't buy a car warranty from them and to be careful when buying any car because you will treated as an excellent customer and then after you walk away with your car good luck if you call them for any help. DON NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WRRANTY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN CANCLE THE POLICY IF YOU NEED TO CANCLE. Also they will not allow you to get your own lender because they get commissions on that. The warranty company they work with DOWC don't do anything with them they play the game together. More
11/11/24 Update. This dealership is a piece of work man. The communication is just awful. From the top with Davis to the bottom. I bought a car on 9/11. Out This dealership is a piece of work man. I was told over & over that the dealership would handle all of the registration process. That I wouldn't even have to sniff the DMV. I've been in communication with my local DMV & state transportation department and as of last week, still nothing on the vehicle. Bless my local DMV, they stepped up & reached out to the dealership and finally got someone on the phone and they admitted they didn't even have the title yet & they're behind. Well now my temp tags are now expired. And the vehicle is effectively parked until this is cleared. I've tried calling, leaving messages at the front for a call back, leaving voicemails to anyone who actually can receive voicemails (hey Davis might want to send out a memo to clear voicemails once every so often) & have sent e-mails to Davis & the title clerk w/ little to no response. Couple of responses from Davis looping the title clerk in but that's in. I was told on Friday from the title clerk that I finally got to speak with for the first time since all of this started, that I'd get a call back w/ more info on when she shipped out the stuff for my car, never got a call back & still not sure if it even did get shipped out or a time table on this. Even if it actually gets to where it needs to go this week, it doesn't matter. The situation has already tarnished any good word I have about this place. It's tarnished any opportunity at redemption. The situation is f'd and it just needs fixed. I can't stress enough, stay away. The communication is so bad, it's not worth the headache. And before the owner comes in replying on this review saying some xx commenting saying, oh hey call me so we can chat about this. Nope. I’ve held off on writing this review, hoping my issues with Reserve Auto Group would be resolved, but nearly two months after purchasing my vehicle, they still haven’t delivered on their promises. With no resolution in sight, I’m sharing my experience to highlight just some of the problems I encountered during the purchase process. First, I want to acknowledge that Randell in the service department has been very helpful. However, it seems he’s limited in what he can do without higher approval. The problems began with the agreed-upon vehicle price. After completing all paperwork on Saturday, 6/22, I was shocked when they invalidated the deal because I declined their financing. Financing had never been discussed prior to this. Although we eventually got past this, the troubles didn’t end there. When I came to pick up the car a few days later, they asked for more money than what was on the contract. Only after I pointed this out did they revert to the original amount. Next was the "We Owe You" agreement, which included fixing a broken steering column and providing a new key fob. Even though we agreed over the phone that the repairs would be done by Lexus, they insisted on using their service department when I arrived. I reluctantly agreed, noting that the key fob was left off the document. I had to handwrite it in myself. After six weeks of back and forth, the steering column was finally repaired, but as of 8/13, I still have NOT received the new key fob, and no one is responding to my inquiries. The final issue is with my registration and title, which I recently received and discovered that my name was incorrectly keyed by their finance department. After at least six unreturned calls and emails, I’ve given up trying to contact Reserve. I’ll now have to spend my own time and money to fix this error. I could go on, but the bottom line is that I will never purchase another vehicle from Reserve Auto Group, nor will I recommend them. I've purchased many cars and have never had an experience like this. Reserve Auto epitomizes everything people dread about car shopping. If you’re considering buying from them, please do your homework and be cautious. More
