I started my new car hunt in September 2010 and was accomidated very well with the 2010 honda civic. Brad was very patient with me and did not pressure me into purchasing anything i was not comforatabl accomidated very well with the 2010 honda civic. I made out great, they even took the time to travel to Kingston to get me my first choice in color! Sadly i then totalled my car just recently, but i was not at fault, and i went right back to Brad. I explained to him what happened, he had me come in and start the process all over again. Within days my new car, a 2012 honda civic, was in the lot just waiting for me to come pick it up! I love Honda's, excepially the Civic's, and will most likely own one forever and after all I've been through with Brad at Rensselar Honda I can trust that the service will be superb! More

This is the second time that I purchased from Rensselaer Honda in the last 4 years. Both purchases were a pleasure. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also offered a very fair price for my trade-in. We purchased another vehicle from a different local Honda dealer in between these two cars(LIA Honda) because LIA happened to be the only local dealer that had the car that I wanted. That was a very dissapointing experience, and I would never recommend them. More
