The professionals took a look at my car, completed all necessary paperwork, and my car was scheduled for paint within 3 days!!!! My car looks brand new!!! Poor service center Took my Honda in for an airbag recall, that went very well, But then was told my ball joints were bad and they estimate a price of 555.00. A W F U L !!!!! Made 3 seperate trips to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. First trip, I stood at the reception desk 15 minutes or more and no one acknowledged I wa Made 3 seperate trips to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. First trip, I stood at the reception desk 15 minutes or more and no one acknowledged I was there. I walked away. A week later, as soon as I walked in a saleslady greeted, me took me to her desk area and proceeded to tell me that was only her 6th day on the job. Of course she knew not one answer to my questions, asked another saleslady (twice) , who told the new one "go look it up in the book". Can you believe it?????????? Finally, wanting to keep my business local and not have to look out of town, I went back yesterday, asked to see the sales manager or general manager, was told one " would be right with me", sat and waited another 15 minutes, and still nobody there came to see if they could help me. Needless to say, this dealership doesn't want my business and I will NEVER go again nor recommend!!! More

She was very nice, knowledgeable, courteous, informative, joyful and professional. She answered the few questions that we had, which weren't many because she was very thorough in her presentation and explanation of the vehicle. We have bought at least four vehicles from this dealership and have had great experiences each time. I will definitely recommend Ms Jackson and this dealership to friends and family. More

Brought my car in where they had damaged it and She took a good faith dollar. She never followed up to see if her flight by night guy she got to do work had completed the job and never returned my calls. Th a good faith dollar. After all she said her guys were not responsible for damaging or wrecking somebody elses car. When you have not had to work to get your own way in life your customers doesn't count. BEWARE of Rogers Honda in Shelby. My car wasn't the only car they damaged and got away with. Also, I had a bad sensor in it and they let it go but Thank goodness I have found a friendly caring dealership to take care of my pride and joy. Honda in Gastonia is GREAT and work for the customer and make sure they fix the problem. Amy You have lost my business and word of mouth goes a long way. Lying doesn't get you nowhere except it makes you and your company fall, especially when I had a person with me. More
