Price was "average" to my thinking, although difficult to gauge, as the CRV was a 2006 model with relatively low mileage and in excellent condition and probably would be one highly sought after. A W F U L !!!!! Made 3 seperate trips to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. First trip, I stood at the reception desk 15 minutes or more and no one acknowledged I wa Made 3 seperate trips to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. A week later, as soon as I walked in a saleslady greeted, me took me to her desk area and proceeded to tell me that was only her 6th day on the job. Of course she knew not one answer to my questions, asked another saleslady (twice) , who told the new one "go look it up in the book". Can you believe it?????????? Finally, wanting to keep my business local and not have to look out of town, I went back yesterday, asked to see the sales manager or general manager, was told one " would be right with me", sat and waited another 15 minutes, and still nobody there came to see if they could help me. Needless to say, this dealership doesn't want my business and I will NEVER go again nor recommend!!! More

She answered the few questions that we had, which weren't many because she was very thorough in her presentation and explanation of the vehicle. We have bought at least four vehicles from this dealership and have had great experiences each time. I will definitely recommend Ms Jackson and this dealership to friends and family. More
