I decided to hold off, but passed the details along and referred my friend to her instead who bought a RAV4 from her last new car a few months back. I purchased a used vehicle and Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) for $23486 November 18, 2024. I was told by Joseph Garnica, the plan covered everything except wear and tear, from bumper to bumper. I called my sales person, Bryant, and he told me to bring it in to be fixed. I brought it in before the 3-month "Reliable" Toyota warrantee ended, and was told it was a valve cover leak which is not covered, I would have to pay to fix the vehicle which started leaking oil after one month. I expected more from "Reliable" Toyota, their in-house 3-month warranty, and their 3 year MPP. I do not recommend them or trust this dealership. More
