He found a problem with the Oil Flow Control Valve & recommended we replace the defective one. WE are from Ontario Canada and were told our warranty was not valid in the USA. David & the Service Manager called Toyota Canada and were told that our vehicle should be covered there. The Regional Toyota USA said it was not. David worked diligently and was able to get our vehicle VIN into the USA system. Our experience with Reliable Toyota was a very satisfying one.
