Fantastic - we came back after a look at another lot My husband and I were looking to buy on a Saturday. We went to the Reliable Toyota just to check it out. Like a few different vehicles. Seen a very friendly guy coming to greet us, named Jonathan Grazia. He showed us a few different vehicles, Rava4 and 4runner. We told him that we were just shopping around and going to go to couple of other dealerships down the road. So we did, the other salesman was arrogant and assumed I didn't know what a parking brake was!! We left. We discussed how nice Jonathan was and we liked the 4Runner. We went back, Jonathan was gone for the evening, but Jeremy was there to help. Jeremy was fantastic as well! We showed him the 4runner we was interested in and he RAN to get the keys!! That is a big deal to us, we loved the hustle. We ended up buying the 4Runner on Monday. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel important. The sales manager came out and congratulated us on our new vehicle and shook our hands and there was eye contact. I am very pleased with Jonathan and Jeremy, not to mention the finance guy! Everybody was great! More
