I gave the same criteria to 6 other local dealerships and everyone else kept showing me cars above my price range and told me I wouldn't find what I was looking for (a hatchback with good gas mileage around 10,000). I felt Reliable Toyota went above and beyond to respect my needs. The salesman Nathan Bright greeted me at the door with a smile and did all he could to make sure I got the car I was looking for. The financial rep Joe Balazs took time to answer a thousand questions about the warranty (even went to his boss to check when I asked for an outrageous deal). I felt as important as a customer buying a million dollar car. I love my new car and I appreciate knowing there is a dealership out there that treats used car buyers with value. More
