I came in armed with all the knowledge of all the car sales tricks and to my surprise, I didn't need to worry about it. My husband leaves all the wheeling & dealing to me and he was pleased that this didn't happen, even after I set the sale price as low as I did. Trent was very efficient with all the paper work and took the time to show me how the multi information display worked as my old Toyota Sienna was 10 years old and it didn't come with this technology!
