Great Experience! I came to Reliable Toyota to check out the new RAV4 while I was shopping for a vehicle to replace my current Jeep Wrangler. The RAV4 was in the mix with a bunch of different other makes and models because after having my Wrangler for 10 years I wanted to make sure my next purchase would be something I could see myself loving for a long time as well. As I was looking at different RAV4s on the parking lot a representative by the name of Nathan Hill came out to help. He was very good at listening to what I wanted and was excited to show me how the RAV4 would satisfy those needs. He was never pushy even when I told him I wasn’t purchasing that day and that I would be looking at other places as I went through my options. Once I left and tested out some others I knew the RAV4 had left its impression on me, thats about the time that Nathan followed up with me and I set an appt to go back. Nathan was able to help me secure the exact vehicle I wanted along with a great deal and amazing customer focus.
