Better than I had hoped. Although I had heard some negative comments about the buying process at this dealership and my general aversion to major purchases, it was smooth and Although I had heard some negative comments about the buying process at this dealership and my general aversion to major purchases, it was smooth and painless. I first was impressed that Stuart Moore was willing to come outside in the rain while I was viewing new vehicles. He was also patient, diligent, and accommodating when I changed my focus to a used truck that I had been driving by on my recent trips through the lot. I personally wish the final paperwork was less cumbersome, but the thoroughness and detailed explanation of add-on options was precise and understandable. When, I was finished Stuart had my Tacoma ready to go and was a calming influence after "signing on the line." More
