When my husband & I walked into Reliable Toyota the other day it was not because we had been planning on buying a new vehicle. It was because we were forced to. You see, someone crashed into my 2014 Camry last week. It was a total loss. My husband & I asked specifically for Jason Moon, the excellent salesman who helped us when we purchased our Camry 3 years ago. Jason listened intently & compassionately as we explained the situation to him, & his response was amazing! He got right to work, trying to find us a deal on a new Camry. He even went the extra mile to get the exterior & interior color that we really wanted. He expertly explained the features that were different on the new Camry with us while we test drove the vehicle. Wonderful! Used Car Shopping Ended Here! I knew others that had purchased from this dealership previous and I heard nothing but good things about them. When I needed a new car, I was looking I knew others that had purchased from this dealership previous and I heard nothing but good things about them. When I needed a new car, I was looking for a used Toyota or Honda. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I never felt like he was just "trying to make a sale" and nor was he trying to push me to buy anything. After showing me a few cars, I really liked their 2012 Toyota Venza XLE. I was provided with all information on the car that they had and it's history, along with requested copies. I wanted to keep shopping around so I ended up going to several other dealerships in the area but I ended up right back Toyota. I felt a lot more comfortable with my overall experience and information at Reliable Toyota. I felt that the price of the car was very competitive and fair for what it is. I did some of my own research later as well. The next day, I ended up purchasing the 2012 Toyota Venza XLE!!! The purchasing process was a breeze and they worked with me on the price/loan as well. Great experience! I would recommend this dealership and plan on going back if I ever need a new car or want to trade in. :) More
