I first visited with him almost 2 months ago, and then he listened to what I had to say, and respected my space. I didn't feel pushed for the purchase. When we got into the true buying process, I felt like he went to bat for me and tried to locate exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable enough with him that I gave his number to my mom because she has been thinking of a new car. I don't feel like I need to check in to see if she is treated right, but I might because Stuart is a joy to work with. More
