Used car sale The Service was good. It took a while for the title to come back but that was the banks fault for that. About the only disappointment was when my son The Service was good. About the only disappointment was when my son bought a NEW car he got a full tank of gas and they offered to go over all the features. With my used car purchase they didn’t give me a full tank of gas and it was under half full. I guess that is the difference between buying a used car versus a new car. They treat you a lot more like a VIP when you get a new car. More

When we finally found what we were looking for, he made sure that the car was detailed for us with a full tank of gas. He also took the time to explain a lot of the new features on the Highlander that our old vehicle didn't have (our last car we had bought at a Ford dealership years ago, and the salesperson's instructions were to "read the manual!") Our new car is beautiful and our family loves it. We also got an extended warranty on our purchase that only added about $20 to our monthly payment that would cover most big repairs for the next six years. Everyone we worked with was very positive and made car buying a pleasant experience. We will always buy Toyotas (we still have an 18 year-old Tacoma going strong) and this is the best place to do it! Trade In I gave four out of five stars cause I feel the service department could of been a little quicker with finding the issue on my trade in. With that being said, once they did find it, the process of trading in the vehicle went smoothly. I worked with Adam Stokes and I never felt any pressure from him at all, laid back guy with a great smile and easy to joke around with. I traded in a 2003 Yukon for a 2010 Honday Oddysey. I was impressed with what they offered me for my trade in and was never rushed, even when I spent the time to read the legal jargon on each piece of paperwork. More
