Ben went out of his way to make sure we drove away with the car we had our hearts set on within the budget we gave him from the beginning. We had been looking for a new car for several months but were waiting for the right deal on the right car. We had a list of 6 cars when we stopped by Toyota and spoke with Ben and after speaking with him the first night we decided not to continue talks with the other dealerships we had been looking at. Within 2 days of speaking with Ben we had picked out the car I had my heart set on and were driving it off the lot. I found Ben to be polite, professional and quick (he literally ran everywhere to ensure we weren't held up by him). Andrew the finance guy we worked with was amazing as well. He had a sense of humor and understood we wanted to wrap things up quickly. He explained things and showed us all of our options without trying to push things down our throat that we didn't need. OMG!! After waiting over a year for a recall part (defective leaf springs) to come in, I showed up today, after being notified the part had finally arrived. After waiting over a year for a recall part (defective leaf springs) to come in, I showed up today, after being notified the part had finally arrived. Well, shortly after arrival, I was notified they did not have the right part (wrong cab style for the part they had) and couldn’t do the replacement, but they MIGHT be able to get the right part from KC if I could leave my vehicle overnight. I get that mistakes are made but I had my truck to the service department last fall to get inspected and look at the springs before they could be ordered, so there were two errors made, assuming they ordered the wrong part. These folks are always very friendly and professional and were more than apologetic for the mistake but I expect more from a high end shop and wasted both me and my wife’s time to drive the 30 miles from north of springfield and rearrange her schedule to accommodate this service. It was my day off and could have better spent my time. More

Even though we had been considering this for a while, we had no idea that all the details would be taken care of so quickly. Everyone we dealt with was personable and on their game. We met Seth in the repair shop and he made the suggestion that we considered trading for a new one instead of fixing up the old one. He pointed out the remaining 2018 models on their lot had just had a fleet price reduction that wouldn't be seen again for a year. He suggested that we look up Jakob in sales and we said we'd think about it. Charlie, who had just finished servicing our 2014 Tundra, endorsed the same man and the same idea when he checked us out of the service department. Jakob was our next stop, and he was outstanding. When he and Anthony got through with us, we kissed our old truck goodbye and drove home in the new one. More
