Very good used car shopping experience We just purchased a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Highlander from Reliable Toyota and we had a very good experience with the sales folks and other staff. We would go back for future purchases and we would request the same sales folks. Adam Stokes was the primary salesperson, assisted (when we returned) by Matt Freeman. Both have no-pressure, informative personalities that fit our buying style. Adam was our primary contact and he was responsive and timely. Anthony the finance guy was very good to work with too. This car was for my primary ride and I am a detailed research-savvy buyer on all big purchases. I ask a million questions and check everything - twice. Adam and Matt, and other staff, were very responsive and answered everything I wanted to know. I love my new SUV! More

Incompetent in a few areas Service Issues: Discovered grease on my Tacoma upholstery 2 separate service times. First incident I cleaned myself. Second incident I was so pissed Service Issues: Discovered grease on my Tacoma upholstery 2 separate service times. First incident I cleaned myself. Second incident I was so pissed, I asked for the service manager which he cleaned himself. Third service incident the techs failed to tighten lugnut after I saw my hubcap loose ! Seriously !!! Fourth time ( just left the dealership at this review ) the service attendant failed to advise techs that a vehicle inspection was to be completed. I discovered this after seeing my old inspection sticker on window and no paperwork. He threw the techs under the bus with fault. I asked for Service manager again. Same service manager as last 3 incidents remembered me but made no mention until I made it known myself. Timid and wouldn’t look me in the eye and when I asked for him, he physically avoided me from a distance I kid you not. Weak. No apologies for any of these incidents. I fear having to take my vehicle to this incompetent business. Friendly yes....until you call them out on their failure and do not expect honesty from anyone. More
