Very Pleasant Experience We chose a new 2019 Highlander that fit our wants and needs, but was not due to arrive for about a month - hats off to the internet folks at Reliable We chose a new 2019 Highlander that fit our wants and needs, but was not due to arrive for about a month - hats off to the internet folks at Reliable Toyotoa who let us know what was coming. Adil, our salesman, was a gentleman and very knowledgeable. We picked up the vehicle the day after it hit their lot. A good price compared to other dealers (Reliable is 2 hours from our house) and Adil and Chris the inventory manager was wonderful to deal with. Heck, our small, friendly dog was allowed inside and shown to all the office staff who were known dog lovers. How many dealers are going to do THAT? This might be the first time we ever had FUN buying a car! Highly recommended! More
