My decision was made for the Honda but Rex Lyons had done such a great job getting me the best available deal Had compared Honda CR V and the Rave 4. My decision was made for the Honda but Rex Lyons had done such a great job getting me the best available deal on the Rav 4 that I went by the dealership to tell him how much I appreciated the help but I was going to buy the Honda. Shortly after I mentioned to him that I thought that the Honda was for me, he brings this nice young gentleman into the waiting area and it starts from there. The young gentleman was showing me a Rav 4 that they had just received but it was more expensive than what I wanted to spend.....he was so determined to help me and sell me a toyota that we looked at all options. He was so helpful and considerate that it took my mind off the Honda. and I drove home today with a new white Rav 4. And that nice young gentleman was Jakob Brownlow. He treated me with respect and consideration which I very much appreciated. Rex has always done a great job for me and I appreciate that he did not want me to wait so he had Jakob help me. I have purchased cars from Reliable 2 or 3 times in the past but was not always pleased...however this group of sales dept. has changed my opinion of Reliable and appreciate how they treat their customers. I give Rex and Jakob a 10 plus on rating,,,, More
