Amazing Purchasing Experience!! I had an idea I wanted an upgrade from the Toyota 4-Runner to a Lexus SUV, but wasn't sure of model , year, extra features, etc. My daughter, who owne I had an idea I wanted an upgrade from the Toyota 4-Runner to a Lexus SUV, but wasn't sure of model , year, extra features, etc. My daughter, who owned a Lexus SUV, went with me to help me decide. We started out at the Reliable Toyota Pre-Owned area, which turned out to be very fortuitous. There we met Victoria Stepp, who without doubt is the best car salesperson I have ever met in my 60+ years of car ownership. Victoria quickly grasped my physical(age) and financial situation and my concerns for performance, style of car I wanted and all the intricacies of matching a given model of car with the personalities of the buyer. She went straight to the Lexus I ended up buying. (Remember she worked the Toyota area, not Lexus, but had the knowledge and intuition to find the exact car I wanted.) If you are buying a car, do work with Reliable Toyota/Lexus, and insist on working with Victoria Stepp. More
