I felt like. i was ran through like cattle and jacked around given multiple excuses. We bought a car and we were repeat customers believing that our business mattered especially since last time we were treated much better however once they had our down payment in hand and we signed the papers they took over a week to give us our car giving us multiple excuses. We have no owners manual to our car and a second key fab was not offered like last time nor an apology for the delay. The fiance department didn't go over how our first payment or when our first payment was expected either like last time. Next time I will probably go elsewhere. More
