Worst buying experience ever! We have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 5 years. This was the absolute worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. The salesperson broke We have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 5 years. This was the absolute worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. The salesperson broke his word two times and the finance guy would not take NO for an answer. He kept trying to down-sell the warranty after we made it clear we did not want it. My wife and I wanted to sign the paperwork and leave and he kept just saying, "well let me show you one more thing". We will NEVER buy another car from Reliable and we will NEVER buy another Subaru going forward. More
