I wouldn't have gone to a dealer for an oil change except for the coupon they sent me as a nice gesture for having a recall repair done prior. I use the words very basic Sentra because I believe & my experience with most dealers is that unless you paid some good money for your vehicle you don't get the same service quality...and that's why I give this dealership the rating I did. Poor customer service, 2 hour oil change & no communication. I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership years ago & should have learned my lesson but always second chances in life to make things better but there won't be a third here. More
Learned to be alert and look at old receipts to make sure I didn’t recently have the service. No contact, no one knew who anyone was. No feed back. It took probably two days longer than it should which almost wrecked my vacation. This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promo integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. More
