I wouldn't have gone to a dealer for an oil change except for the coupon they sent me as a nice gesture for having a recall repair done prior. The coupon came as a flier & assumably it was to give them a chance at providing great customer service & perhaps get some repair or maintenance done on my very basic Sentra. I use the words very basic Sentra because I believe & my experience with most dealers is that unless you paid some good money for your vehicle you don't get the same service quality...and that's why I give this dealership the rating I did. Poor customer service, 2 hour oil change & no communication. I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership years ago & should have learned my lesson but always second chances in life to make things better but there won't be a third here. More

Learned to be alert and look at old receipts to make sure I didn’t recently have the service. Also learned that making an appointment doesn’t matter because making an appointment only means that “it gets you I didn’t recently have the service. No establishment should be allowed to treat customers like this and not have changes made. This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promo integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. More
