Usually I like this location but this time the amt of my estimate doesn’t add up to what I paid which was about $100 more even with the extra charge of the oil change. Also, When I signed the paperwork at d estimate doesn’t add up to what I paid which was about $100 more even with the extra charge of the oil change. Also, When I signed the paperwork at drop off it only had 3 items listed but when my husband picked up the car there was a oil change added to it and he was told that I authorized it at drop off and signed for it which I DID NOT. It was added after I left. Regardless of it needing to be done I wasn’t told it was due and had no discussion of it being done until AFTER it was completed. I will be taking my car to another location for my maintenance from now on. I no longer trust the coors location. More

I called 3 times to find out if they would replace the transmission or CVT filter while performing the service. The service advisor never called me to verify the replacement. We were told it has no filter transmission or CVT filter while performing the service. The service advisor never called me to verify the replacement. We were told it has no filter when in actuality there is a filter after researching the topic. I won't return for any additional work as the are not fully staffed to even return a customers call. This facility has even forgot to replace the locking wheel lugs after a previous tire rotation I lost one and had to tighten the. up myself. Nothing has changed for the better there in over 4 yrs since we last purchased from them. I couldn't recommend them for future work. More
